Dana Point Weddings On The Beach Including Pines Park, Heritage and Lantern Bay Park.
Most beaches and parks in Dana Point allow chairs and arch. Smaller beaches allow limited decorations. Permit is required for some beaches and all parks.
Pines Park - green grass overlooking Pacific Ocean. Chairs and arch allowed.
Heritage Park - Park overlooking the ocean with grassy areas and cement bluff (above) that is an ideal location for ceremony.
Dana Cove Beach (small weddings 15 people and under) - Small cove with unique rock formations. Good location for photographs. No permit required.
Sampson Gazebo - spectacular ocean view of Dana Point Harbor.
Lantern Bay Park - green grass park (left photo) overlooking Dana Point Harbor. Several locations for weddings including amphitheater (right photo) which has seating for guests. Can have chairs and arch.
Palisades Gazebo - Overlooking blue Pacific Ocean and can have up to 30 people. Can have columns with flowers and chairs.
Salt Creek Beach - can accommodate large weddings. There are bathrooms right near location and about 25 stairs down to beach. This location books up a year in advance so early reservations are recommended.
