California Beach Locations
Ever After Beach Weddings
Laguna Beach - One of the most beautiful spots in south Orange County for exotic beaches, dramatic rugged cliffs, tidepools, parks and sunsets. Most of the Laguna beaches will allow limited decorations. There is also a gazebo at Heisler park you can reserve for smaller weddings. Permits for Laguna Beaches are required. Crescent Bay Point park is a park on the cliff with spectacular ocean views. Please contact us for more information on permits and packages.
Huntington City Beach - Located in central Orange County with long stretches of white sand. Beaches along this pristine coast allow for chairs and arbor set-ups. Permits are required by the city to use these public beaches and fees for usage vary. No weddings are permitted on the beach during the summer from Memorial Day weekend till after Labor Day.
Dana Point - A quaint harbor in south Orange County with beautiful beaches, emerald green grassy parks and cliffs over looking the ocean. Most parks in this city allow chairs as does Salt Creek Beach. However some of these locations book up a year in advance and dates fill very quickly. Most popular parks for weddings are Pines Park and Lantern Bay Park. Permits are required from the city and have a small per hour usage fee. Dana Cove beach can accommodate 15 people and under and requires no permit.
San Clemente - This city has many beautiful sandy beaches. City beaches allow weddings up to 20 people and no permits are required. Chairs and decorations are allowed on beaches.
Corona Del Mar/Newport Beach - in central Orange County. A beautiful spot for intimate weddings (50 people and under). $700.00 or more for photography permit required and no decorations allowed.
North San Diego County beaches. - Home to beautiful beaches in the north San Diego area including Carlsbad, Encinitas and Del Mar. Permits are required and some beaches do allow chairs and bamboo arbor. Carlsbad State beaches allow weddings and permits range from $275.00 to $375.00 (depending on number of people). These beaches include Torrey Pines, Carlsbad State Beach and Cardiff-By-The-Sea.
Coronado Island - A romantic, sandy beach spot famous for it's hotel and beautiful sunsets. No permit is required for weddings on this beach for groups of 25 or less. Larger groups of over 25 or if any chairs or equipment is being set up you will need to acquire a permit from the City of Coronado. The fee runs $300.00 - $400.00 and up.
La Jolla beaches and Cuvier Park Bowl - Some of the most pristine beaches in San Diego. Most beaches require permit with a fee and can have chairs and bamboo arbor. Most popular locations for weddings are Windansea Beach and Cuvier Park. Permits are $273.00.
Long Beach - Large stretches of white sand for weddings. Permit fees run around $55.00 + liability insurance fee. No permit is required if 25 people or under with our "Hearts and Blooms" and "Tropical Beach" packages.
